Officers often need to deal with injured or deceased people in public, in full view of passers-by and their phones. InciTent's founder and developer, Jonah Roche, is a former scenes of crime examiner. He's keen to move law enforcement away from covering a deceased person with a fibre-rich blanket, which risks contaminating the scene.

InciTent has no floor and a built-in roof, so it goes straight over the person without laying anything on them. The self-supporting, waterproof screen sets up in 10 seconds and shields the person from view and from the weather, while you secure the area and wait for colleagues, ambulance or forensic teams.
